Optical Studio Shipping Policy

At Optical Studio, we understand how important it is to receive your eyewear promptly and in perfect condition. This shipping policy aims to ensure that your experience with us is smooth from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- For simple, flat-rate shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping at Rs 100 outside Delhi and free shipping within Delhi.
- For weighted-rate shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping for orders over Rs 1999/- for outside Delhi also
Local Delivery
- Free local delivery is available for all orders above Rs 499.For orders under Rs 499/- , we charge Rs 50/- for local delivery.
- Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Sunday at 10 am to 8 pm. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-Store Pickup
- You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup G-23/23, Sector-7, Rohini New Delhi 110085.. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 day.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
- Our in-store pickup hours are 11 am to 8 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 4 business daysof receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [insert contact information] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refused Shipments
- If you refuse a shipment from Optical Studio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Optical Studio. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
